about SARAH

Born in the Bay Area and raised in Berkeley, I discovered my passion for nutrition and fitness thirteen years ago after making meaningful changes to my own health and lifestyle. As a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach through NASM, I combine fitness expertise with a solid understanding of challenges related to food and motivation. As a mom of three, I enjoy modeling a healthy lifestyle for my family while embracing the outdoors and reading. My goal is to inspire others to embrace a balanced, active life.
